Total Foundation Restoration & Reinforcement
We discovered a foundation failing from the ground up because the original posts were sitting on bare dirt with no footers, causing advanced rot and dangerous sagging. We stepped in to do it right, excavating and installing 13 new 4x4 structural posts—each set two feet deep in reinforced concrete. It’s now a rock-solid foundation, built to the Santee standard to ensure safety and stability for a lifetime.
